Booking Details

When you complete and return the above registration request, or call us on the number above, we will confirm via return response your reservation to you. A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee any 24hr delegate booking (sorry, switch/delta cards are not accepted). Your card will not be charged except in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation.

 

Cancellations

If you are not attending the event and have booked accommodation, failure to cancel your room will result in your credit card guarantee being invoked and 100% charges placed on the card. Cancellations must be re-confirmed by The Hotel Team to you, cancellations can be made without penalty, please ask our advisors for the cancellation policy on your reservation. Please ensure that you receive a cancellation reference in the event of cancelling.
